Most items are made to order, so production times may vary. Some products may be available immediately from stock. Availability cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to withdraw items at any time.
ORDERING PROCESS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We will confirm acceptance by email ("Order Confirmation"). Leandro Cheman reserves the right to reject or cancel any order, including due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT at the legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery location. For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties and local taxes are not included in the checkout total and are the customer's responsibility, payable upon delivery to the local authorities. Payment must be made via the secure methods shown at checkout, including major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna. By submitting your payment information, you authorise our third-party providers (Stripe) to process your transaction.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Portugal. Shipping methods and delivery times vary by destination.
Processing begins once production is completed. Shipping times are calculated separately and provided at checkout.
Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may need to provide identification, pay duties, or act as the broker to clear customs. Leandro Cheman is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs requirements.
PRE-ORDERS From time to time, Products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated delivery times will be indicated on the Site. Pre-orders are subject to production schedules and may be delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you, and you can cancel for a refund.
MADE-TO-ORDER Please note that, according to EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. For items specifically labeled as 'Made-to-Order', all sales are final unless the product arrives faulty.
PAYMENT METHODS We support secure payments via Stripe, including major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Klarna payment options are subject to the customer’s eligibility and may vary by country.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Portuguese consumer law. To exercise this right, notify us by email at buy@leandrocheman.com within 14 days. Returned Products must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned Products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE Each item is inspected before shipping.Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final for items made specifically to your order. Returns or refunds are accepted only for quality control issues, defects, or misdescriptions. In-Stock Items: Products available from stock are eligible for standard returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at buy@leandrocheman.com. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is sent with tracking and insurance, as we are not liable for lost returns. No return shipping label will be provided. Specific return address details will be provided upon authorization.
FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS In the case of items received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receipt at buy@leandrocheman.com. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired, or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered, and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our own expense. We reserve the right to request photographic support for any claims of defective merchandise. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be handled exclusively by the courts of Portugal.
CHANGES TO TERMS Leandro Cheman reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
